Ian MacLeod has been in the real estate industry since 1994, where he started selling for Club Intrawest and later on the Legends project in Whistler, this after many years as a top ski instructor there. He continued with Intrawest working in Mammoth Lakes California, as a sales specialist on the Village at Mammoth development.

In 2001, Ian established his own real estate sales & marketing business, taking on projects in BC specifically the Okanagan and the Lower Mainland. Ian also managed the sales for major resort projects in Seattle, Washington, Los Angeles, California and Hawaii. One of his most successful endeavors was Los Angeles where his sales team sold $131 million in a single day. He has successfully sold several projects in the BC Lower Mainland including RavenWoods in North Vancouver and Mahogany in Abbotsford.

He continues to work in the real estate business in British Columbia and also owns and manages the global real estate website www.LuxuryHomes.com. Ian also sits on 3 boards including the AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) Vancouver Chapter and serves as Vice President and speaks at major real estate conferences around North America. Ian enjoys many activities including snow skiing, road biking, surfing, working out and of course time with his family!

Roxanne provides strategic and tactical marketing services to real estate developers. She has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, starting her career while working part-time in a Royal LePage residential real estate office while in university later transitioning to the Royal LePage Project Marketing Group. In 1997, recognizing the changing baby boomer demographic Roxanne shifted her career focus to resort real estate, working on the Westin Resort Whistler with Milborne Destination Properties, followed by its successors, Sapera and then Playground. She also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at S&P Destination Properties, overseeing the marketing success of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki Beach Walk, recognized for single-day sales of $700 million, setting records worldwide. During this time, she also worked with Ritz-Carlton, Orient-Express, Oberoi, JALUX, Seven Signatures and The Lyle Anderson Company.

Her strong leadership skills and intense focus ensures on-time and on-budget delivery of world-class marketing for over 200 projects. From suburban to urban, entry-level to luxury, mountain to beach, non-branded to five-star hotel, Roxanne has experience in all facets of the industry throughout North America, Mexico, the Caribbean, Asia and Europe. Roxanne has one athletic son and when not chauffeuring him around enjoys fitness, water and snow skiing, travel, and cooking.

With a marketing and advertising career that spans over 20 years, Eddie joined Ian and Greg in 2004 and brought new momentum into the Globe West fold. Prior to joining Globe West, Eddie focused his talents on major real estate projects in California, Arizona, Washington State, Vancouver, the Okanagan and Victoria. Eddie is now responsible for executing all aspects of brand and marketing development for Globe West’s projects including sales centre environments, advertising, direct mail campaigns, websites, Virtual Launch Pads, signage and all print collateral materials.

Charm Casson

Charm joined the Globe West team as the Regional Marketing Manager in 2007. With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing-Management and marketing and sales experience in the resort industry supporting tourism in the Okanagan region on local and international levels, Charm is an integral part of the Globe West executive team. With a passion for real estate marketing, her role has her overseeing and executing marketing initiatives for several projects in BC and the US.

As the VP of Technology, Mas works tirelessly to oversee the technical side of the operations. In a world where a strong understanding of technology is crucial, his knowledge translates into the ability to facilitate excellent digital sales and marketing strategies. Having studied Fine Arts and Digital Media at art school, Mas brings a vast amount of creativity to the team. Along with gaining experience in the financial industry and stock market, Mas also went on to become an Oracle Certified Database Administrator (OCP), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) an many more industry recognized certifications.
